Eva Yazitzoglou, co-founder of Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners, Law Firm (HP&P), heads the firm as its Managing Partner, as from 2018.
Holding a law degree from the University of Athens, she is an Attorney at Law and a European Patent Attorney. With over 45 years of recognized professional experience in all aspects of IP law, Eva focuses on trademark, patent and copyright law, with particular emphasis on consultation, management and maintenance of international trademark and patent portfolios. Throughout her long career Eva has been advising several major international clients in all industry sectors, including the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, fashion and food industry. She has further worked closely with clients from almost all industry and commercial sectors and has successfully addressed various trademark and patent infringement cases involving individuals and companies in Greece, either by reaching out-of-court agreements and settlements or by proceeding to litigation.
Eva is member of the Athens Bar Association as of 1974 and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.
She is a Council Member of EPI for several years and an active member of many other reputable professional bodies, such as AIPPI and INTA.
Moreover, she has been ranked as a Recommended Individual in WTR Intellectual Property rankings from 2021 to 2024 as well as in IAM Patent 1000 rankings for 2024 and a Recommended Lawyer in Legal 500 EMEA – Intellectual Property rankings from 2020 to 2024. In addition, she has been rated as ‘Notable Practitioner’ in the IP STARS 2021 to 2024 Intellectual Property rankings as well as “unranked practitioner in the 2020-Intellectual Property rankings.

Miranda Theodoridou is one of the founding partners of Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners, Law Firm (HP&P), and heads the Trademark and the Anti-Counterfeiting Departments.
With almost 40 years of recognised experience in all IP matters, she represents major multinational companies before the higher administrative courts and in IP litigation, including offline and online enforcement and handling anti-counterfeiting cases. She also provides advise for all trademark, copyright, domain name and GDPR matters.
She holds a law degree from the University of Athens and an MBA from the University of Derby. She is a member of the Athens Bar since 1980 and she is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.
Moreover, she has served as a council member of the European Communities Trademarks Association from 2014 to 2022 and is a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and INTA.

Maria Athanassiadou is an Attorney at Law and a founding partner of Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners, Law Firm (HP&P-2015). With nearly three decades of expertise across all realms of intellectual property, she spearheads the Patents and Industrial Designs Department of the firm. Maria's practice revolves around IP litigation, prosecution, and counseling, with a specialized focus on patents, utility models, supplementary protection certificates, industrial designs, and trademarks. She excels in drafting and reviewing IP contracts and providing pertinent consultancy services.
Maria's clientele comprises major international entities and local clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. She adeptly assists them in devising and executing strategies tailored to their business objectives and needs.
Holding a law degree from the University of Athens, Greece, and a master's in Spanish studies from the University of Barcelona, Spain, Maria boasts a comprehensive educational background. Since 1996, she has been a member of the Athens Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.
Maria actively contributes to various professional organizations, serving as an alternate delegate of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) Greek National Group. She is also a valued member of the Pharmaceutical Trademarks Group (PTMG) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).

She is fluent in English, Spanish and Greek (native language) and has a good knowledge of German and Italian.
