Melina Kostakopoulou joined Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners (“HP&P”) in 2021, with a strong background in corporate law. She is a qualified lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association since 1997 and she is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.

She holds a law degree from the University of Athens.  She is a practicing lawyer with more than 20 years field experience in corporate and commercial law.

Melina’s work focuses on various aspects of patents and provides related consultancy and legal representation, contract drafting and reviewing, as well as legal services to start-ups, foreign and domestic companies with Greek representation. She is handling cases for clients from various sectors of industry, including but not limited to pharmaceutical, mechanics and telecommunications companies, and manages IP portfolio issues for domestic and international clients of all sizes. 

She has also been mentioned as a Recommended Individual in IAM PATENT 1000 rankings for 2024.

 Melina is fluent in English, French and Greek (native language).
