Katerina Delouka is an accredited attorney at law with a significant professional experience of over 35 years in the IP practice. She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1992 and she is admitted to practice before the Greek Supreme Court and the Council of State.
Katerina is also member of AIPPI.
She holds a law degree from the University of Athens and a Diploma in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary College, London.
Since the beginning of her career, she has been focused on Intellectual Property matters ranging from trademark filing and prosecution, such as trademark filings, recordals, licensing, as well as legal and administrative procedures before the Greek Trademark Office and the Administrative Courts, such as oppositions and revocations/invalidity actions, to various litigations before the Civil Courts. She also provides legal advice on all trademark and related matters. She represents clients from various sectors of industries, including but not limited to sports, entertainment and media, energy, IT and telecommunications, technology, clothing, fashion, cosmetics, perfumery, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, etc, and manages IP portfolios for domestic and international clients of all sizes.
She has been mentioned as a recommended individual in the WTR 1000 2023 & 2024 Intellectual Property rankings.
